When it comes to looking for sushi, finding some that are of good quality, but can be really expensive and some are really affordable, but not really the best kind of sushi like the ones you find at a buffet. The sushi there can be cold!
But, what if you can get the best of both worlds? What if you can get affordable sushi, but also of really good quality?
Well, if you're looking to satisfy your sudden sushi craving, then you should visit the Flaming Japan in Virginia Beach.
They got excellent lunch and dinner deals. The lunch special is $10.49 for any 3 rolls which total up to 18 pieces. You have a choice of soda or miso soup to accompany he meal. The dinner deal is the same but it's $11.99 instead.
I had the dinner deal with miso soup and the sushi was prepared on demand and served at the right temperature with fresh ingredients. It's overall delicious!
The California Roll, Philadelphia Roll, and The Yellow Fin Roll had meat that was fresh and it all tasted great!
Also, the atmosphere is what I call, "Asian casual." It's clean and cozy with a hint of ethnic influence.
So, freshly prepared, good flavor and very affordable, the sushi lover should definitely give this place a chance and enjoy the meal in a clean atmosphere.
Oh, and I went back and tried the spicy chicken wings! Crispy, tender and succulent. They were not really that spicy, but they got a bit of sweetness to them. I recommend them!
