With a cool and eclectic atmosphere giving off a throwback 90s vibe, Cafe Stella in Ghent is certainly one of the best places to grab some mocha and a chocolate brownie.
As you enjoy the light chatter of coffee fans and easy going soft music, you might want to have a closer look of the menu because they go beyond the typical caffeinated beverages and the muffins. In fact, they also serve wonderful entrees like the Pork Rice Bowl.
Complete with a sunny egg, kimchi, grounded Korean spiced pork, green onion and white rice, this meal gives a delicious blend of all those ingredients combined.
Once you break the sunny egg, the white rice gets soaked into the flavor as you combine it with the pork. The green onion and the kimchi help add texture and more substance to the dish, but not overwhelming it.
Overall, worth a try and then you can add some coffee and brownies later on for dessert!
