In regard to sushi from a buffet, they usually lack flavor, and they don't taste as fresh, and you pick them up cold. That's because they normally don't get the temperature right.

Why? Because they all taste fresh, and they don't taste like they have been sitting inside a refrigerator.
You will find a lot of variety which includes the sashimi and eel.
Also, this place has excellent desserts and variety items that you expect from a Japanese buffet.
I've been going to this place for years and the quality has been consistently good and one of the best sushi places in Hampton Roads.
