As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a minimalist and modern design with a red highlight aesthetic. This was quite a very comfortable and clean take out place.
At the kiosk, I was pleasantly surprised to see a menu with a lot of variety. According to the website, the entrees includes, "Japanese fried rice, Chinese Chow Mien, Hawaiian poke bowl, Fresh Japanese Ramen Soup, Sushi Burrito, Sushi Taco, Japanese Teriyaki, Delicious Wings, Taiwan Bubble Tea..."
I ordered the "Signature Hawaii BBQ Mix" with white rice and macaroni salad. It had short ribs, tender pork and tasty roasted chicken all cooked well and tender to the bite and all flavorful with that slight smokey and sweet flavor.
Steamed cabbage and tiny cuts of onions were also added to the mix giving it a certain enjoyable texture.
The macaroni salad was a little bit on the creamy side, but it was fine to eat with the overall tasty and delicious meal.
If you're looking for a place that serves everything from poke bowls, sushi burritos, and ramen noodles complete with added tasty ingredients, then Ouka Sora can give you that experience.
Also, they have various board games available to play with your family and friends as you eat.
