Huge Beef Rib Flavor As Big As A Dinosaur!

Across from Mount Trashmore, stands a restaurant known for its grilled and tasty meat entrees located in Virginia Beach.

Walking in, you are greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere complete with flat screens showcasing fireplaces. I'm guessing they are finding ways to make you hungrier for the smokey barbeque; hence, the showcase of flames. The place is, overall, cozy with a wall mirror cleverly placed to help you give a sense of space.

There's one item that really stood out to me on the menu and that was the "Dyno Beef Ribs" and when it came out I basically knew what it felt like to be Fred Flintstone when he was served a huge piece of meat place on the side of his car. It was big!

I had mine served with salad and smoked corn.

The salad was good with fresh lettuce, croutons and dressing available for me to use. I could tell by eating it that it was overall fresh and the cheese was neatly cut or freshly sliced for this delicious side dish.

The corn had a nice appealing char on it ensuring that it was steadily smoked and the flavor confirmed it. It was an excellent complement for my meal!

Now, the beef rib was huge and it was tender and savory and juicy. It was not dry at all and it had that nice smokey taste! It also, literally, fell easily off the bone. Yes, there was sauce available for me to enhance the flavor, but by itself, the beef was basically perfect at the first few bites! It was incredible!
